Newlyweds, pilot identified in deadly helicopter crash
Family and federal investigators are revealing tragic new details about a helicopter crash that claimed three lives in a wooded area of Dawson County over the weekend. A Robinson R66 helicopter carrying three individuals went down under unknown circumstances on Friday night. Loved ones have officially identified two of the passengers as newlyweds Dave and Jesni Fiji, who were tragically leaving their own wedding celebration when the aircraft crashed. The identity of the pilot has also been confirmed as federal authorities launch a full investigation into the disaster.
