Funeral details for Hall County teacher who died during prank
High school teacher Jason Hughes tragically passed away when he slipped on wet pavement and fell in front of a moving vehicle on March 6, 2026. Reportedly, Hughes was running after a group of students who "rolled" his yard with toilet paper. Hughes' family asked that the students not be charged in the accident, saying Hughes was excited to play along with the students and catch them in the act.
