Why Governor Kemp just vetoed 300M in state spending

Governor Brian Kemp used his line-item veto to cut 300 million dollars from the Georgia budget. The cuts target student transportation and veteran services as Kemp enters his lame-duck period. State legislators are now left to explain the loss of funding to their local districts.
