Charles R. Drew High Band aims for Mardi Gras trip

The Charles R. Drew High School Marching Titan Legion has earned a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to perform at Mardi Gras in New Orleans. Head Band Director Jonathan Lilly says the students have worked tirelessly all season to prepare for this event. The band is raising $30,000 to cover travel, lodging, and performance costs. Community members can support their journey through upcoming fundraisers or direct donations to help these talented students showcase their hard work on a national stage.
