'Traffic's gonna get worse': GDOT speaks on GA400 plans
Georgia Department of Transportation officials spoke at the groundbreaking ceremony for upgrades to a 16-mile stretch of Georgia 400. Officials note that a massive increase in Atlanta population is expected in the next 25 years and this project is an effort to get ahead of the traffic this will bring.
