The Freedom Plane bring founding documents to Atlanta

A rare and historic delivery is touching down at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Monday, March 23, 2026. The "Freedom Plane," a specially commissioned Boeing 737, arrived at its second stop on a landmark national tour celebrating America’s 250th anniversary. Onboard are some of the most consequential original records from the National Archives, many of which have not left Washington, D.C., in decades.
