Atlanta airport staff trained to spot human trafficking

With less than two months until the FIFA World Cup 2026 kicks off, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is turning its massive workforce into a frontline defense against human trafficking. A new partnership with the local nonprofit Rescuing Hope is providing specialized, scenario-based training to help airport employees identify victims and disrupt trafficking operations in real time.
