Community Briefs: Mableton mill tax, Fulton Co. sheriff town hall

Mableton's city council voted 6-1 to approve a 4.5 mill tax rate to fund public safety and Fulton County Sheriff Pat Labat is hosting a town hall to discuss changes to misdemeanor processing at the Fulton County Jail.
