Update: APD investigator dies in Virginia-Highland, woman killed

Atlanta police have identified the victims at a Virginia-Highland home on Cooledge Avenue as Kevin Stroner, a 13-year APD investigator, and Moriah Cardona. Authorities say Stroner died by suicide in his home, while Cardona was the victim of a homicide. Police do not believe there are any additional suspects and are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the deaths.
