Tiffany Haddish in DUI case, says she's 'never coming back'

Appearing virtually via Zoom, Haddish was sentenced to one year of probation, 40 hours of community service with the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office, and mandated alcohol and drug testing. The judge credited her with time served for 24 hours in jail and imposed a Georgia driver's license suspension. During the virtual hearing, when the judge stated she was welcome back in Georgia anytime, Haddish replied that she was never coming back before the stream was cut short.
