Fifth accuser details sexual assault allegations

A fifth woman has come forward with sexual misconduct allegations against Rep. Eric Swalwell, just as the California Democrat prepares to resign from Congress. During a news briefing Tuesday in Beverly Hills, Lonna Drewes detailed a 2018 encounter in which she alleges the congressman drugged and raped her.
