2nd shooting by ICE agent in Minneapolis

A second person was shot by an ICE agent in Minneapolis during a "targeted traffic stop." The man tried to get away, but crashed. During a confrontation, the ICE agent shot the man in the leg. Anchor Alex Whittler explains.
