Brother of pedestrian killed in police chase begs for justice

Pedestrian, Terry Loman, 59, was struck and killed by a fleeing vehicle in a police chase, says Georgia State Patrol. Loman's brother is demanding justice. Police are still looking for the vehicle that killed Loman.
