'Kinrise' supports kids raised by relatives

For some kids, the people raising them aren't their parents, they are raised by grandparents, aunts, uncles, older siblings or family-friends. A new program in Cobb County called "Kinrise" is giving kids a place to connect, build confidence, and feel supported.
