Bathroom camera discovery: Man with peeping history arrested

A 39-year-old Waco man, Chris Stieglitz, is back behind bars at the Carroll County Jail after a young woman discovered a hidden cell phone recording her in a private bathroom. Investigators say the suspect has a long history of similar offenses, including a 2016 indictment for recording women in a Carrollton Target dressing room.
