$380M Ponzi scheme unravels in Georgia

Todd Burkhalter, the 54-year-old founder and CEO of Alpharetta-based Drive Planning LLC, has pleaded guilty to federal wire fraud for masterminding what is described as one of the largest Ponzi schemes in Georgia's history.
