Henry County breaks ground on Fire Station 5

Henry County officials held a groundbreaking ceremony today, Feb. 18, for the long-awaited replacement of Fire Station 5 in Hampton. The $4.2 million SPLOST V project, located at Georgia 20 and McDonough Street, replaces a facility closed in 2023 due to safety concerns.
