Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor arrested in Epstein probe

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor was arrested by Thames Valley Police on Thursday, Feb. 19, 2026, on suspicion of misconduct in public office. The arrest, which took place on his 66th birthday, follows allegations that he sent confidential government documents to Jeffrey Epstein. Authorities are currently searching properties in Berkshire and Norfolk as the former royal remains in custody. The family of advocate Virginia Giuffre released a statement saying "no one is above the law."
