Utah County prosecutors to remain on Charlie Kirk murder case
A Utah judge has denied a motion to disqualify the Utah County Attorney’s Office from the murder trial of Tyler Robinson. The defense argued a conflict of interest because a lead prosecutor’s child was at the outdoor rally where Charlie Kirk was killed. Judge Tony Graf ruled the prosecution is not "tainted" and the decision to seek the death penalty stands as the case moves toward a May hearing.
