White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt will step down from her post at the end of August to focus on her young family following the birth of her second child. President Donald Trump praised the 28-year-old spokesperson as a "real leader" and announced she will remain connected to the administration as a top outside adviser and prominent Republican voice ahead of the midterm elections.
