Gov. Kemp kicks off Workforce Summit
Georgia has been named the best state for business by Area Development magazine for the 13th consecutive year. The announcement came as Gov. Brian Kemp opened the fourth annual Governor’s Workforce Summit at the Georgia World Congress Center, where education, business and workforce leaders gathered to discuss the state’s future. The second day of the summit will focus on helping students enter the workforce, with high school students, advisers and career coaches expected to attend.
