Federal arrest warrant served in DeKalb

Federal agents served a warrant for a Charles Brown, who was under supervised release. When agents arrived, they observed what they believed to be firearms and drugs. Brown has been turned over to the DeKalb County Sherrif's Office. They are conducting search warrants and have three other subjects detained.
