Army vet identified in Shreveport massacre

Authorities have released chilling new details regarding Shamar Elkins, the 31-year-old suspect accused of murdering eight children during a domestic rampage early Sunday morning. The massacre, which officials are calling the deadliest mass shooting in the U.S. in years, claimed the lives of seven of Elkins' own children and one of their cousins.
