The ultimate global soccer celebration has officially kicked off in the heart of the city. Gates swung open, Thursday, June 11, at Centennial Olympic Park, marking the official launch of the FIFA Fan Festival™ Atlanta. To welcome the initial wave of international travelers and local soccer fans, organizers are leaning heavily into homegrown culture. Headlines for the Main Stage Opening Ceremony belong to one of Atlanta’s most famous and electric cultural exports: the world-renowned UniverSoul Circus. The performance serves as the exclusive, high-visibility kickoff for the circus’s highly anticipated 2026 national tour, titled “WE BELONG.”
