Search for convicted felon in Gilmer County

Gilmer County authorities are looking for convicted felon, 40-year-old Terry Franklin Turner. Deputies received multiple calls on Dec. 26 about an armed man acting erratically and chasing wildlife. They believe it was Franklin and are now looking for him.
