Senoia contractor faces new felony theft charges

The fraud case against Coweta County contractor Nathan Gividen has significantly expanded. We are following an investigation into a $17,000 unfinished garage project. Senoia Police have filed five additional felony charges involving over $150,000. Gividen, whose license was expired and business dissolved, is currently held in the Coweta County Jail as at least 30 more victims come forward.
