West Midtown tire plant turns into $75M complex

Huber Street will undergo a massive transformation as a vacant recycling plant is turned into a $75 million complex. The project includes 247 residential units, with 38 reserved for affordable housing, according to development officials. The developer plans to close on the property by the end of the year.
