Refuge Coffee Co. opens new location at Lulah Hills in Decatur

Refuge Coffee Co. is hosting the grand opening of its fifth Metro Atlanta location at Lulah Hills in Decatur. The nonprofit coffee shop provides competitive-wage job training and mentorship for resettled refugees and immigrants in a converted former gas station.
