Beyoncé music thief sentenced

41-year-old Kelvin Evans pleaded guilty in Fulton County Superior Court, Tuesday, May 12, 2026. The plea brings an abrupt end to a case that was set to go to a jury trial this morning regarding the theft of unreleased music belonging to global superstar Beyoncé. Evans admitted to one felony count of entering an automobile and a misdemeanor count of criminal trespass in connection to a July 2025 break-in that targeted members of the singer’s production team.
