Father shoots two sons; I-285 full shut down continues

Investigators located two-year-old Messiah Harris's body in the wood line of a bridge at Power Park Apartments after they received a call he was missing. Tracy Lamont Jackson was arrested after a domestic dispute escalated into a shooting that wounded his two sons on Robert E Lee Parkway. The I-285 shut down continues this weekend.
