Mableton considers top public safety candidate

Mableton leaders and Mayor Michael Owens met in executive session to consider hiring Doctor Kari Stallings as public safety director. Stallings currently serves as police chief for the University System of Georgia. City officials are expected to take a vote following the executive session.
