Felcia Moore frontrunner in Atlanta mayoral race

Atlanta City Council President Felicia Moore emerged as the frontrunner in the race to be the city's next mayor pulling in 41 percent of the vote. She will likely face Andre Dickens in a runoff at the end of November.
