Coast Guard discuss removal of Golden Ray cargo ship off Georgia coast
It took nearly three million collective man-hours to remove the Golden Ray wreck after the 656-foot cargo ship capsized in the St. Simons Sound near Brunswick in Sept. 2019. The ship was carrying more than 4,100 vehicles and resulted in more than $200 million in damage. This video is provided by the U.S. Coast Guard Southeast.
