Contractor accused of stealing from Newnan tornado victims

Newnan police pulled the man over for a traffic violation and learned he was wanted by the FBI. They seized his truck and trailer and discovered personal belongings of storm victims, including children's toys and a wall safe. There was also an ATV stolen from Lowndes County.
