Attorneys for Clayton County detainees call for DA investigation

A federal grand jury indicted suspended Clayton County Sheriff Victor Hill for human rights abuses. He's accused of directing deputies to strap detainees to a chair. Lawyers for detainees say the District Attorney's office can launch its own investigation.
