'By training and grace of God': Atlanta police chief gives update on officer following shooting in Midtown
Atlanta Police Chief Rodney Bryant said two of his officers were responding to a shots fired call inside the apartment building when they were immediately met with gunfire. "Only by training and grace of god that these officers survived." Says the officer was talking with medical staff and family," Bryant said. The chief confirmed that the officer who was struck was in stable condition.
