Zeta likely to regain hurricane status overnight and race toward SE LA as a Cat 1 storm late Wednesday afternoon. Part of N GA under a Tropical Storm Watch for the 1st time in 2 years. Threats here: 2-4+" of rain producing some flash flooding, but the gusty winds and coverage of winds 30-40 mph with gusts 50+ will be out biggest concern. Expect the strong winds 4am to 10am on Thursday. These winds will likely produce tree damage and power outages. The threat for spin up tornadoes is low and more likely in South GA. Clearing by Thursday afternoon and then much cooler Friday and into the weekend.
