Clearing, windy and cold into Thursday morning with lows in the 20s and wind chills in the teens and single digits. Sunny and very cold on Thursday with highs holding in the 30s. Back into the low 20s Friday morning and then rising to near 50 Friday afternoon. Here are the numbers.
