Parents suing after teacher allegedly hit student 20 times

The family of a Rockdale County middle schooler is suing the school after a surveillance camera recorded a teacher, Melvin McClain, striking the student over 20 times. McClain was previously awarded the 'Teacher-of-the-Year' award at Conyers Middle School.
