Escaped Rockdale inmate Timothy Shane is back in custody after an early-morning capture in Newton County. Deputies moved in after neighbors reported a man knocking on doors overnight. Shane had been loose for three days after escaping Grady Memorial Hospital and allegedly stealing two vehicles, one containing a gun. He was found on Morris Street, and Rockdale officials say a full briefing is coming. Ring camera video shows the moments before the arrest.
