Couple charged for allegedly abandoning dog before vaction

A Morrow couple was charged after allegedly abandoning their dog Blu before a Maui vacation. Surveillance video and Blu’s microchip helped investigators identify the owners. Blu is safe at the Fayette County Animal Shelter and will be adoptable once the case is closed.
