Man charged with creating AI child pornography

42-year-old Justin Maloy has been charged with 49 counts of child sexual exploitation. Maloy is accused of using AI to alter real images taken of a child to make them sexually explicit. Georgia law is clear that AI images of child pornography be treated the same way as non-AI images, even if the child subject is fictional. Doug Evans has the story.
