A Midtown Atlanta grandmother is struggling to feed her family after SNAP benefits were halted during the government shutdown. Chandra Duncan says she’s been forced to adjust her budget and find new ways to provide for her grandson following the loss of her son earlier this year. As food prices rise and the shutdown continues, she and her family are pooling resources to get through the holidays.
