South Fulton councilwoman targeted in thefts

As the holiday season approaches a South Fulton City Council woman has sounded the alarm to be more vigilant while shopping. South Fulton Police confirm the crime was caught on tape as Councilwoman Helen Willis had her wallet full of credit cards stolen and police say the thief started spending right away.
