Former DeKalb Jail inmate says he witnessed neglect

A former DeKalb County Jail inmate is speaking out about the death of fellow detainee Rodney Garrick Sr., alleging jail officials were negligent in providing medical care. Garrick became sick and died just two days after being booked.
