FOX 5 got an inside look today at what?s happening inside Atlanta?s Frederick Douglass High School. The visit comes as Atlanta Public Schools celebrates reaching a 90 percent graduation rate for the first time districtwide ? with Douglass High boosting its own rate by nearly 30 points in just three years.
