Police shoot man with active arrest warrant during traffic stop

The GBI said a DeKalb County police officer shot a man during a traffic stop. The man police shot had an active arrest warrant, according to the GBI. The man shot has been identified as Rodney Moore, 64, of Stone Mountain.
