South Fulton residents against millage rate raise proposal

Some South Fulton residents say they want the proposed public safety facilities, but they don't want the millage rate cap removed or raised to do it. The mayor and the city council hosted a town hall meeting to offer information and take questions about the more than $100 million planned facility. FOX 5's Aungelique Proctor has the story.
