Residents at Fairburn-Gordon Apartments still have no air

The residents at an Atlanta apartment complex said they're tired of living like this. The City of Atlanta filed suit against A&B Apartments, LLC, the owners of the property, in an effort to mandate repairs.  Court records indicate most repairs have been completed but about 10% are unresolved.
