President Trump, Rep. Buddy Carter on Texas flooding

President Donald Trump announced he was signing a Major Disaster Declaration for Kerr County, Texas, following the deadly flash flooding. FOX LOCAL also received breaking news that Georgia Rep. Buddy Carter's granddaughters were at summer camp in Texas during the flooding. They survived, but their cousin, Janie, did not.
